Roses Are Red, Which one are you?

Once my friend asked for my opinion on what type of flower do girls like. To me, I like roses.
He then asked me what kind of colour should he pick, red or white?
I proclaim that it doesn't matter. It's the thought that counts.
Well he said his girlfriend is quite choosy and have a high class taste.
I recommend him to find a black rose for her..with extra thorns of course.
Ever since that, he never asked for my opinion again.. = =
